Extra revenue for fitters

In these times of limited work carpet fitters have to be creative, by that I mean taking a job and offering more added value. There is in the carpet fitters arsenal two simple items for adding extras too the job that are often missed. The home owner has just fitted a new hall carpet clean and bright, the way they will want it to remain, the carpet fitters should explain about fitting a Mat frame or if the property has on a matwell frame! This way extra money can be charged on the job and owner gets a better more professional image of the carpet fitter in question. At Carpet Fitters Supplies we can manufacture special sizes of frame to suit or you can get off the shelf frames no1 24x14" no2 27x16" & no3 30x18" in both mat frames to sit on the floor or matwell frames to edge existing holes

Welcome

I would like to welcome you to our blog site for http://www.carpetfittersshoponline.co.uk/ here we will be discussing tools and carpet fitting related items, which we hope you will find both interesting and informative.

We would like to begin with the GT One Step Trimmer from the Roberts stable, This tool derived from the original wall trimmer brings together cutting and tucking in one tool. As you can see this twin bladed tool has a brass tucking wheel and grooming rollers.
This can of course can be used left or right handed. This tool is part of the Roberts Golden Touch series. This tool will need a little time to set up but should save time once a carpet fitter has become confident at using it. It uses the same replacement blades as the wall trimmer and is a very robust design as you would expect from Roberts.
